The Conneaut Public Library, 304 Buffalo Street is sponsoring the program “An Evening to Remember…” at the Villa on the Lake, 48 Parrish Rd. in Conneaut on Thursday, August 19 at 6 pm.  The program features World War II Veterans, Bob Goldsmith, Bob Kennedy, Mary Jane Lamp, Chuck Marcy, and Ruth Speer.  The panel will share their experiences of service during World War II.  The public is invited to attend this extraordinary evening of reminiscence.  The program will be taped for local access cable and DVD’s will be available for sale during D-Day Conneaut 2010 at Conneaut Township Park, August 20 and 21.  Proceeds from the sale of the DVD will benefit D-Day Ohio.
